Brickout Zero Gravity does not collect, store or share any personal information about you. There are no accounts to create, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind in the game.
Your progress, settings and high scores are saved in a database file inside the app's own storage on your device. This includes the levels you have unlocked, your chosen difficulty and control options, and the player names you type in for the local high score table. This information never leaves your device except as part of your own iCloud or iTunes device backup, which only you control. Deleting the app deletes it.
Once a day, when you open the menu, the game asks our server whether there is a news message to display. The request tells the server only which game it is and which graphics size the device uses. It contains no identifier, no device name and nothing about you or your progress.
Like any web server, ours records standard technical log entries for these requests, including the originating IP address. These logs are used only to keep the service running and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile, are not linked to any other information, and are not shared with anyone.
If you choose to sign in, the game uses Apple's Game Center to show global high score lists and to submit your single-player score. What is submitted is your score and the difficulty you played on; Game Center supplies the public nickname that appears next to it. Two-player scores are never submitted and stay on your device.
Game Center is operated by Apple, not by us, and your use of it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can play the entire game without signing in.
The game is free with a limited number of levels, and a single optional in-app purchase unlocks the rest. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or receive your payment details — the game is only told whether the unlock has been bought so it can open the remaining levels.
The game can open Facebook or Twitter so you can post about a score, but only when you tap the button yourself. Nothing is posted automatically and the game does not read anything from those accounts. Once you leave the game, those services' own privacy policies apply.
The game is suitable for all ages and is rated accordingly. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It loads a web font from Google Fonts and, on the home page, embeds two trailer videos from YouTube using the no-cookie player, which means YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you press play.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
Questions about this policy, or about the game, are welcome at support@iparigrafika.hu.
